This wrecked me; emotionally and financially over the years. We had to make some tough decisions and moves to clear this dark cloud. It’s the baggage I brought into our relationship I jokingly tell my hubby!

There is literally so much to unpack with this decade long fiasco. In a round about way it has affected everything we do but I will spare you the details and get straight to it!

I know first hand what can go wrong with real estate.

It didn’t shy me away from pursuing this career.

Empathy – The 5 D’s of real estate known as divorce, death, diamonds, diapers & downsizing are not all fuelled by happiness. The tragedy I lived through enables me to put things into perspective and empathize with clients to meet them where they are at, showing them there is light at the end of the tunnel. Developing a connection with clients is a pivotal part of the process.

Visionary – we all have a dream home in mind, however our bank roll may not allot for it to come to fruition right away. We had our dream home, we had to sell said dream home to turn the dark cloud into rainbows & sunshine. Walking into a house, I can see how it can become a home. The potential is there the picture just needs to be painted. I love envisioning how spaces can be transformed and utilized to their highest potential. Crafting functional spaces that are filled with warmth and comfort!

Meticulous – I will ensure that you double cross your T’s and dot your I’s! We will go over all aspects with a fine tooth comb and never will I ever advise against a home inspection and document review. To say I am overly conscious would be an understatement. If there is something off – we are out, on to the next.
